Holiday Market
Vendor Applications Are Open!
Presented by the Community Arts Network of Oneonta (CANO), The City of the Hills Festival returns with City of the Hills Festival’s Holiday Market Pop Ups.
Images of work submitted must be those that applicant intends to sell at the Holiday Market. Applicants will be selected by jury review. All completed entries submitted by the deadline will receive consideration.
Art/Crafts must be handmade, original works for sale (vintage excluded). Jury decisions are based upon creativity, workmanship, and continuity of work.
Any photographs of vendor display from past festivals/shows is appreciated. Send high quality photos of your work, as we will use them for social media promotion if accepted!
*Selected exhibitors must supply their own display equipment, including chairs and table. All jury decisions are final. Do not attempt to submit payment at this time- wait for an acceptance email.
*Vendor load-in begins 1 hr. 15 min before event start time.
Event Details
Art/Craft/Vintage Vendor Space & Location:
6’ table space inside of CANO’s historic Wilber Mansion on 11 Ford Avenue, Oneonta. Please note that vendors will be limited to 6’ of space (8’ tables not accepted). There will be wall space behind most vendors, if needed, for display.
Dates:
Saturday, November 30, 11am-5pm (Small Business Saturday)
Saturday, December 7, 10am-4pm (busiest Pop Up last year- Oneonta Holiday Parade Day)
Vendor Fee:
Non-Members $60 per day (6’ table)
CANO Members: $50 per day (6 ‘ table)

Application deadline: Earliest applications receive first consideration, however, we reserve the right to deny any application. Please note that due to limited space and dates this year, we will likely not be able to accept all applicatios.
Payment deadline: Early application (and payment once accepted) secures your entry. Please, please, please check your spam folder in your email account if you have not received a response to your application.
